CANCELLATIONS must be made by writing at least 24 hours in advance. For orders that are already confirmed, fees may be applied.
DELIVARY/PICK-UP DOCK to DOCK: Montreal 50$, Laval/Longueuil 100$, outside of zone 0.55$/KM + Driver's TIME.
ALL DELIVARIES AND PICK-UPs must be confirmed 24H IN ADVANCED to ensure driver availability.
CHARGES FOR BROKEN EQUIPMENT will be made with their retail value. -TEXTILE MATERIALS: Each item returned WET or DIRTY, will have additional cleaning charges billed.
CARPETS: The first 3 wet carpets will not be charged. Every other returned wet carpet will have a 7$ cleaning charge.
TAPES: All adhesives must be removed from any rented textile materials, if not, addition charges will be billed for up to 50$
FOOD RELATED ITEMS: All items related to food must be returned cleaned and emptied. Charges of up to 50$ may apply.
No truck RIG material can be removed/modified or installed without permission from LUNA.
The IN and OUT dates on this quote will predominate from the ones on the PO. It is the lessee's responsibility to follow up and conform information on the quote.
RIGGED trucks cannot be transferred to other production companies without LUNA's authorization.
MINIMUM charge for a rig is for 2-week period.
RENTED Trucks for rigs MUST have wooden structure in the box, otherwise charges of up to 150$ may apply.
If any materials are broken or lost, it is advisable to call us on the spot so we can provide with a solution.
This QUOTE is UNIQUE, all EXTENSIONS will be made apart with a different quote.
